The demand for fresh, local, and organic produce for local Dallas/Ft. Worth schools and restaurants is growing faster than we can grow it. Because of this shortage, we have deciding to build a state of the art aquaponics based greenhouse in order to extend our growing season. We have built two much smaller test greenhouses and have been learning and fine tuning the growing process for the last three years.
Finally, we are taking the plunge and going all in on our massive new greenhouse. The end result will be a year round growing season right here in DFW! We expect to be able to begin serving the local DFW are with our first harvest by the end of this year.
